As a Project Geologist at Lithosquare, you will be at the heart of our exploration engine - supporting all interpretation work, deploying our methodology across projects, and leading targeting and data compilation. This is a technical and cross-functional role: you will work closely with geologists, data scientists and AI engineers, and represent Lithosquare in front of partners. We are looking for someone with strong metallogeny and exploration foundations, and the drive to lead rigorous, high-quality geological work across a portfolio of exciting projects. The role is based in Paris. Please note that this role includes field trips as per project requirements.

As a Geophysicist at Lithosquare, you will operate at the intersection of mineral exploration geophysics, exploration geology, and AI innovation. This is a dual role: you will drive innovation in how we integrate and interprate geophysical data into our AI platform, while directly supporting project teams in campaign design, planning and interpretation. We are looking for a senior profile - someone who brings deep expertise across mining geophysics methods, an innovative mindset to challenge and improve standard approaches, and the collaborative energy to thrive in a cross-disciplinary team. This role also includes contributions beyond pure geophysics, as part of our integrated geology team. The role is based in Paris.

As an Exploration Geologist at Lithosquare, you will design, plan, budget and oversee our field campaigns - from regional reconnaissance through to drilling programs. This is a hybrid role: you will spend significant time in the field leading campaigns, and in the office contributing to the development of our AI technology and exploration platform, including R&D work between campaigns. You will be a key interface between field reality and our technology, and represent Lithosquare in front of partners on the ground. We are looking for someone who is rigorous and autonomous in the field, genuinely curious about innovation, and eager to contribute to building the next generation of AI-assisted exploration technology, both in the field and from the office. We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can bridge cutting-edge AI with practical geology. In this role you’ll collaborate closely with both our internal R&D team and exploration geologists - as well as our partners - to turn raw geology data into insights while leveraging Lithosquare’s Core Platform.

The primary role of the Senior Software Engineer (Python/TypeScript) is to design, build, and maintain both the client-side interfaces and server-side architecture powering our Geology OS. This role plays a critical part in delivering robust, high-performance, and scalable end-to-end solutions that combine agentic AI, cartography, 3D modeling, and automated report generation to support complex exploration workloads.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, deep experience with both back-end (python) and front-end (React) frameworks, cloud platforms, and a solid understanding of modern full-stack architectures — as well as hands-on experience with AI systems, including LLMs and agentic approaches.

As an AI Engineer, you will play a central role in the evolution of our core product and act as the architect of the intelligence that powers our Geology OS. You won’t just be using models: you will design, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning systems that interpret complex geophysical and geochemical data, turning massive, noisy datasets into high-confidence exploration targets.

Your focus will be on building an agentic ecosystem - orchestrating intelligent workflows and tool-augmented systems that can reason through complex geological challenges. To power these agents, you will fine-tune foundational models on our proprietary datasets, ensuring they possess the domain-specific intuition required for high-accuracy discovery. By combining the reasoning capabilities of AI agents with the precision of custom-tuned models, you will transform raw data into a scalable, autonomous engine for mineral exploration.

As a Data Engineer, you will architect the data engine powering our Geology OS, building the infrastructure to process planetary-scale datasets - from satellite imagery and LiDAR to complex geological surveys. Your mission is to transform massive, unstructured multi-source data into high-performance structured databases.

You will build intelligent pipelines leveraging GenAI to handle data variability and evolve our sovereign, open-source analytics stack to monitor global operations and quantify platform value. We seek an engineer with a passion for clean data modeling and expertise in deploying open-source tools in cloud environments.
